Our olives are machine harvested at optimum ripeness using a tree vibrator catching system. Many tonnes of olives per hour are harvested and taken a short distance to be cold-pressed into EVOO in a modern processing plant.
The harvest method coupled with proper growing techniques results in our EVOO being of ultimate freshness, quality and taste.
