Our EVOO is also perfect for deep frying frozen foods, chips, fish & schnitzels at 180C. This will give the food a crisp coating and a great taste, and it's better for you.

Filtering EVOO after each use will allow you to reuse the same oil several times. This makes it a cost effective choice.

Extra virgin olive oil doesn't have to be limited to special occasions. You can substitute EVOO in any food preparation and frying as a healthier alternative to butter, margarine, and other cooking fats and oils.
